DAI has become aware of text messages and MMS messages claiming to be from or acting on behalf of Davids Attorneys Inc. We believe that these are an attempt by fraudsters to extract information from you. If you receive one of these, please delete it immediately and do not click on any links contained in the message. The scam messages instruct potential victims to contact DAI to enable them to receive large sums of monies as beneficiaries. DAI will not contact you regarding funds left in a deceased estate or trust of an individual that you had no relation to.
If you receive a phone call from someone who claims to work for DAI, do not give them any personal information or information about your bank accounts or cards. This includes the card number, CVV number and expiry date. Apart from our FICA responsibilities, we do not require such information.
